Marnie Tate was born in Youngstown, Ohio. After moving to the country of Turkey as a young military bride and living on the local economy there, she moved to a small Florida town that she calls paradise. For forty-four years, Marnie has been a successful business owner and a Financial Advisor. She has spent untold hours working to make her community a better place to live and work and her volunteerism has inspired others to follow in her footsteps.

Personal
Marnie has completed a sky-dive, participated in a day of training at the local Army Ranger Camp and zip-lined off a mountain over the Pecos River in New Mexico. She is always looking for the next big adventure. Marnie has been married to her beloved Rodger for forty-three years. Together, they are the proud parents of three grown children and have seven adorable grandchildren. Marnie is passionate about ballroom dancing, gardening, yoga and travel. She is working on her next two books, A Passion for Cooking and A Passion for Travel.
